Description & Building Alterations
This six-story, Renaissance Revival-style new law tenement building was erected in 1903-04 with stores in the cellar and on the first floor with apartments for 22 families.
The facade features curved side bays, molded window enframements with bracketed window sills, and pedimented, scrolled, and splayed lintels. Other features include terra-cotta beltcourses and a bracketed roof cornice decorated with festoons.
