This four-story row house was originally built in 1845, and major alterations occurred in 1879 and 1916.

The present Arts & Crafts-style facade was installed in 1916 during alterations designed by Henry M. Entlich, along with the two-story storefront. It features patterned brickwork, header brick lintels and a stepped parapet with stone coping blocks. The second story show windows are divided by fluted columns, with a paneled and molded crown above. The original stoop was removed in 1879.
