Description & Building Alterations

This five-story with basement pre-law tenement building was constructed in 1869 and designed by Julius Boekell. It was to be occupied by 21 families.

The facade features a historical cornice supported by brackets, arched window lintels and bracketed sills. The entrance appears to have been moved from the first floor to the basement level, and a window was added in the location of the original entrance.
