Description & Building Alterations

This five-story pre-law tenement was constructed in 1870-71. In 1914, it took on some structural renovations by architect Bruno W. Berger & Son.

The facade features a bracketed cornice, arched window lintels, bracketed sills and a historical stoop leading to an enframed entrance. It appears that the arched window lintels have been removed from the second bay on the second through fifth stories.
