This seven-story tenement designed by George Frederick Pelham for owners Pincus Lowenfeld & William Prager was erected in 1901, with commercial space on the first floor. It was to be occupied by 36 families.

The facade features ornamental window lintels of pedimented, arched, simple molded forms and decorated terra cotta beltcourses.

What is the Building Blocks Project
