This lot is combined with lots 129 and 144 as part of the NYCHA Lower East Side II housing development.

The lot is used as a parking lot for the housing complex. Before becoming a surface lot, the property was occupied by two five-story Old Law Tenement buildings constructed in 1893. Tax photos from the 1980s indicate that the lot was vacant at that time, however it does not appear to have been a parking lot when the photo was taken.
