According to the latest Certificate of Occupancy found, this lot is combined with lots 131 and 144, and is owned by the New York City Housing Authority.

There is a single-story brick garage building on this lot constructed in 1993, shortly after the Lower East Side Public Housing units on lot 144 behind it were constructed. Previously, a six-story Old Law Tenement building, which had been built in 1898 by architects Norenburger and Straub, occupied the lot. The demolition date of the tenement is unknown, but tax photos from the 1980’s show that the lot was empty by that time.
