Description & Building Alterations
This six-story brick and stone tenement once housed 24 families and two stores on the ground floor. Designed in the Renaissance Revival style the cornice features foliation, swags, brackets and dentils. The 6th floor windows have half-round terracotta panels above them with a floral anthemion motif. Decorative stone beltcourses connect the window sills and lintels throughout the facade. The fire escape was added to the facade in 1938.
