Description & Building Alterations
This five-story building was originally erected as a Greek Revival-style row house with a basement and attic in 1839-40. In 1885 it was expanded into five stories.
The facade features incised masonry window enframements and a bracketed cornice with rosettes at the frieze. The stoop has been removed and the entrance moved to basement. The neo-Grec elements were probably installed in 1885.
