Description & Building Alterations
This four-bay wide, five-story brick tenement was originally built as a house in 1852. The front facade was altered and the parapet was constructed during an alteration in 1929 designed by Chas Reissmann.
The present facade features a stepped brick parapet, simplified hooded lintels and rectangular sills, a round-arched entrance opening, and molded cornice above first story.
