Description & Building Alterations

This five-story with basement tenement was built in 1864, originally owned by the same person who built No. 331 East 5th Street.

The present facade features a historic molded cornice with dentils. The arched window lintels and bracketed sills have been stripped. The historic stoop was also removed when the entrance was relocated to the basement, with the first floor reconfigured. The building has a basket-style fire escape.
