Description & Building Alterations

The rear house was built in 1853 as seen in the tax records and the 1853 map. The front building was built in 1856.

The front building facade features a bracketed cornice and simple molded window lintels. The first floor appears to have been resurfaced, though it seems to have retained some original detail including the windows.
