Description & Building Alterations

This five-story tenement was built in 1871-72, replacing a two-story house originally on site. In 1887 the first floor was reconfigured to accommodate stores.

The present facade features molded window lintels, bracketed sills, and an iron pilaster flanking the right corner of the first story. The cornice has been removed.
