87, 89, & 91 St. Mark’s Place | Block : 436 | Lot #57
Description & Building Alterations
A house existed on this lot in as early as 1841. The present row of three buildings features a projecting bracketed cornice with a triangular pediment and ornate frieze at the eastern most building, and a simple bracketed cornice topping the rest roof. The facade also features molded window lintels and simple rectangular sills. The entrance appears to have been largely altered.
