Description & Building Alterations

This five-story tenement was originally built as a Greek Revival-style single-family house, and later altered into a multiple dwelling.

The present facade features molded window enframements with rope molding at the third through fifth stories and a modillioned metal cornice with foliate brackets and paneled frieze with rosettes. The original entrance and stoop have been removed and main entry moved to the former basement level.
