Description & Building Alterations

This four-story with basement tenement was originally built as a single-family house in 1842-43 and probably turned into a multiple dwelling before 1900.

The present facade features window and entrance enframements with engaged pilasters supporting pedimented entablature at first story, molded window lintels supported by pilasters and bracketed sills at second to fourth stories, and bracketed cornice with rosettes.
