Description & Building Alterations

This five-story, five-bay wide red brick building was built in 1913 as a garage.

The four upper stories are made of brick and there is an additional story capping the two outermost bays, making five stories. In 1999, the building was altered to incorporate residential use on the first floor and it was transformed into a loft building.

Upon conversion into condominiums, the building was renumbered as Lot 7501.
