Description & Building Alterations

This six story brick and terra cotta brownstone was built in 1892 in the Queen Anne style. It features cast iron columns at the first story, bracketed lintels with sunbursts (second story), beveled lintels (third story), segmented relieving arched lintels (sixth story), and bracketed cornice. Alterations include replacement storefronts, fire escape, security gates, angled sign, and non historic lighting.
