Tax records indicate that this handsome row house dates back to 1848. Early Department of Buildings Records state that the building was occupied as a tenement and was owned by Abraham Gottlieb. By the 1930’s the building had been converted into a doctor’s office, laboratory and apartment though in the 1950’s, it was again an apartment building. The building is currently occupied by the House of God UPCI.
