Description & Building Alterations

This four-story building was originally erected as a three-story with attic and basement row house in 1847-48.

It was raised to its current height in 1889 during an alteration designed by architect William I. Hohauser. The present facade features a stepped parapet. Most historic details on the facade have been stripped.

What is the Building Blocks Project
