Description & Building Alterations

Two four-story brick tenements owned by the Dry Dock Savings Institution once occupied this lot. They were demolished in 1938. In 1955 a Certificate of Occupancy was obtained for the site, which was used as a parking lot.

The current modern five-story apartment building with 19 units was erected in 1987.

What is the Building Blocks Project
