621 East 11th Street | Block : 394 | Lot #58
Description & Building Alterations
Built as the middle building of three Old-Law tenements circa 1855, 621 East 11th Street is a Greek Revival building that housed nine families and ground floor shops. While the facade and details have been painted, the window lintels and sills and bracketed cornice are all original and typical of this period. Although this building retains its ground-floor shops, the raised stoop entrance has also been altered.
