Description & Building Alterations

In 1870, there was a five-story tenement that was occupied by a store on the first floor. In 1905, the building was altered and the front and rear windows of the tenement were widened. It had an elaborate, Queen Anne style cornice.

In 1997, a new building was erected on the lot. It is a four-story apartment building with a recess mezzanine. The facade features various shades of brick and simple lintels and sills.
