This five-story pre-law tenement was constructed in 1869, designed by architect Bruno W. Burger & Son for owner Henry Eisner.

A new sixth floor and bulkhead floor were added in 2006 by Issac & Stern Architects. The historical cornice, window lintels and sills have been removed.

What is the Building Blocks Project
