This pre-law tenement was built along with the building at No. 57 First Avenue, designed by the architect Louis Burger under the same firm of Bruno W. Berger & Son and owned by Henry Eisner.

The facade features a bracketed cornice, molded window lintels and bracketed sills. The storefront has been altered.

What is the Building Blocks Project
