Description & Building Alterations

This five-story tenement was originally built as a four-story house in 1861. In 1938, the basement level was converted to the first story of the structure.

The present overall appearance is the result of the 1938 alteration. The facade features a peaked roofline, non-historic portico with pedimented top, possibly historic entrance door and windows at first story. The window lintels have been stripped.
