This five-story with basement old-law tenement was originally built in 1893 for 11 families.

The present facade features an arched entrance opening at ground floor, round-arched pediments with decorative tympanums at second story, slightly projecting brick pilasters through third and fourth stories, ornate panels, molded window lintels and bracketed metal cornice with frieze.
