Description & Building Alterations

This red brick, Italianate pre-law tenement was built in 1874. The building stands five stories tall and is adorned simply with segmental lintels and a bracketed cornice. The ground floor has been altered, but some original fluted pilasters remain. Though it was originally commercial, it is now residential with the entrance door having been lowered to the street level.
