Description & Building Alterations
This five-story old law tenement maintains a high level of its Queen Anne style details. It maintains its original entryway and likely the original doors.
The entrance has decorative Corinthian pilasters and the ground floor windows have rusticated lintels with floral keystones. Brackets on the ends of a cornice above the first floor are topped with anthemia. The lintels of the upper floor project and feature flat cornices as well as half-circle projections above windows on the third floor. The decoration of the building also features terra-cotta panels, dogstooth brick stringcourses and an elaborate cornice with central pediment.
