Description & Building Alterations

The separately owned buildings at 506 and 510 East 13th Street are a pair of six-story, new law tenements designed by Bernstein & Bernstein. The cornice is missing from both buildings and neither has its original storefront. Decorative quoins made of white brick accent the sides of each facade.

What is the Building Blocks Project
