Description & Building Alterations

This five-story tenement was originally constructed in 1851. The owner’s name is illegible on the tax assessment record for that year. The brick clad facade has been altered since it is original construction possibly in 1965 when the top floors of the building were converted from four apartments to two apartments on each floor.

The facade is clad in brick and features decorative brick detailing with projecting brick bands in a darker color and a brick parapet with diamond shaped brick details.
