Description & Building Alterations

This six-story brick and stone tenement was originally constructed in 1908, designed by Sommerfeld & Steckler.

The current facade features molded lintels, keystones, simple banding and quoins. The historical roof cornice has been removed. The entrance is enframed by engaged pilasters topped with scroll brackets, supporting a simplified triangular pediment. The first-story front wall appears to have been reconfigured.
