This two-bay wide, five-story with basement tenement was constructed at the same time with its neighbor at 418 East 9th Street and designed by the same architect, Frederick W. Klemt.

The facade features molded window lintels and footed sills. The entrance has been moved from first story to basement level.

What is the Building Blocks Project
