Description & Building Alterations

There are two buildings on this lot. The front building is five-story brick tenement constructed in 1851-53, replacing a shop originally on site.

The present facade features a bracketed cornice, simple molded lintels, rectangular sills, and fluted iron pilasters flanking the entrance.
