Description & Building Alterations

This five-story brick tenement was originally erected in 1888, designed by architect William Graul.

Its facade features an elaborate bracketed cornice with elevated center piece, molded window lintels with pediments at the third floor, banding, and fluted iron pilasters flanking the entrance.

What is the Building Blocks Project
