Description & Building Alterations
This two-bay wide, five-story with basement building was erected in 1869, designed by architect William Graul.
Its facade features a bracketed cornice with decorative frieze, molded window lintels, and round-arched door way at main entry. The historical entrance enframement, window sills, and two window lintels have been stripped. In 2014, a fifth story was added to the building.
