This five-story tenement was erected in 1884. Same with its neighbors at No. 333-335, it was designed by architect Frederick W. Klemt and owned by John Theiss.

The present facade features bracketed cornice with a slight pediment at the center, patterned brickwork, hooded lintels with curved pediments at second story, segmental-arched entrance opening with molding and keystone, flanked by pilasters.
