This five-story brick tenement was built in 1864-66, replacing a stable originally on this lot. In 1889 the building was altered.
Its present facade features bracketed cornice with frieze, molded lintels on segmental-arched window openings and simple rectangular sills. At the first story, two segmental-arched window openings flank the central entrance and a molded cornice sits above the first floor.
