Description & Building Alterations

This six-story brick tenement was originally built in 1899 for stores and 24 families, designed by architect Schneider & Herter.

The facade features bracketed cornice, decorated terra-cotta beltcourses, hooded window lintels, patterned brickwork, round-arched window openings at third story with ornamented surrounds. The entrance is flanked by Corinthian columns, supporting a molded round arch with bracketed entablature above.
