Description & Building Alterations
This five-story brick tenement was originally erected in 1838-39, probably as a three-story house. In 1874 it was raised to five stories. The present facade features a bracketed cornice with paneled frieze, neo Grec-style molded lintels, triangular pediments at second story windows, footed window sills, and a molded cornice above the first story. The storefront appears to have been largely altered at an unknown date.
