Description & Building Alterations

This five-story brick tenement was originally constructed in 1873.

The present facade features a bracketed cornice with paneled frieze and segmental-arched centerpiece. Windows are framed by segmental-arched lintels with moldings, and footed sills.

The first-story front appears to have been refaced and the historical cornice removed, but four engaged metal pilasters remain.
