This is a pre-law tenement with a cornice, lintels, and window alignments that match those at Lot 10. These two buildings were constructed in the same year and likely by the same architect. In 1853, before the current buildings were built, an iron foundry existed on Lots 9, 10, and 11.

What is the Building Blocks Project
