Description & Building Alterations

This four-story with basement, three-bay wide tenement was originally erected in 1845, probably as a private dwelling.

The present facade features bracketed cornice with paneled frieze, simple molded window lintels rectangular sills. The basement front wall appears to have been rebuilt with patterned brickwork and projecting bay window. The entrance has been moved from first story to basement, and some lintels have been removed.
