Description & Building Alterations

Built in 1895, this five-story old-law brick tenement at 260 East 10th Street serves as an apartment building.

The present facade features projecting bracketed cornice with paneled frieze, segmental-arched window openings at first and second stories with elaborate tympanums beneath, round arches with elaborate decorations at side bays of fourth story, ornate panels, and molded cornice above the first floor. The segmental-arched entrance is set on a stoop, with a decorated door hood.
