No. 228 East 3^rd Street is a new seven-story residential building with 22 apartments, built in 2001. It is faced in red brick with understated cementious details in the window lintels and sills. Lot 19 was once comprised of Lots 19 and 20. At the former Lot 19, a five-story brick tenement was built in 1876, owned by George Hermann and designed by Charles Sturtzbober.

What is the Building Blocks Project
