Description & Building Alterations

In 1902, Sass & Smallheiser erected this six-story brick tenement building with contrasting white jack arches and carved decorative sills for owners Harris Packtman and Harry Levine. Quoins appear on the sides of the building and framing windows on the second floor. Decorative bands are present on the second and sixth floor levels. This building originally housed 24 families.
