This six-story brick tenement was built in 1898, for 22 families and 2 stores.
Like many other tenements designed by George Frederick Pelham, it features bracketed cornice with garlanded frieze, round-arched window openings at fifth story above small balconettes at the two outside windows, hooded lintels, decorative beltcourses and other terra-cotta details. The round-arched entrance opening is enframed by columns supporting a bracketed entablature.
