The four-story brick rowhouse retains its historic cornice, arched brownstone sills and lintels similar to its neighbor at Number 210 East 11th Street. The rowhouse was constructed in 1855-1856 for owner B. Blanco. The building’s history is similar to its neighbor, it operated as a boarding house until 1968 when it was converted into apartments.
