Description & Building Alterations

This brick rowhouse and its neighbor, Number 212 East 11th Street, were constructed in 1855-1856 with arched brown stone sills, cornice and lintels and originally owned by B. Blanco. By 1888, the four-story building had been converted into a boarding house. The single room dwellings were later converted into apartments in 1965.
