Description & Building Alterations

This four-story tenement was built as a row house in 1855 for owner Mathew Flynn. It was converted to multiple dwellings before the turn of the century. Its present facade features a bracketed cornice with a paneled frieze, molded window lintels, and simple rectangular sills. Small rectangular windows have been added to the left of center bay, and some openings were cut beneath the old windows.
